The Stephen Longfellow Academy is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Officer to join our pastoral team and work closely with the Head of Year and Assistant Principal to support a year group. You will provide pastoral care, lead interventions, and coordinate with families and external agencies to ensure every student is safe, engaged and reaching their full potential.
