Shirebrook Academy is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Manager to provide pastoral support to identified students and assist the safeguarding leads. The role involves coordinating rewards and sanctions, engaging with the school council and parents, and working with internal teams to monitor progress and welfare.
You will contribute to attendance monitoring, reports, and a positive school climate, with occasional duties at other ACET academies and flexibility for INSET days.

Shirebrook Academy are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and effective Pastoral Support Manager. Under the direction of the Pastoral and Learning Leads, the post holder will contribute to the pastoral provision across the whole academy. Working collaboratively with a team of Pastoral Support Managers, Pastoral and Learning Leads, the Leadership Team, Middle Leaders and other members of teaching and support staff, to provide students with the necessary support they need during their school career, thus enabling them to achieve their full potential.
