Job summary

The Richmond Primary Academy is recruiting a Pastoral Support HLTA to work 30 hours per week across 39 weeks per year. You will provide pastoral, behavioural and emotional support to pupils, helping them stay safe and engaged with learning.

The role requires collaboration with SLT, SENCo and the Designated Safeguarding Lead, with a strong commitment to safeguarding. This permanent, part-time role offers stability within a small team, with opportunities to support students to reach their

About this Role
We are recruiting for a Pastoral Support HLTA at The Richmond Primary Academy, based in Skegness.

To be an effective Pastoral Support HLTA who supports children and ensure pupils are successful, happy, safe, and able to achieve their full potential.

The postholder will provide high-quality pastoral, behavioural and emotional support, helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

Permanent, 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, 5 days a week

Someone who can work under the direction of the Principal, Senior Leadership Team, SENCo and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to support pupils and families.
