Job summary

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day pastoral, behavioural and attendance support for a designated year group
• Work closely with the Head of Year
• Promote student wellbeing and support positive behaviour
• Implement targeted interventions and practical support to help students overcome barriers to learning and succeed academically and personally
• Monitor attendance and behaviour
• Build strong relationships with students, families and staff
• Maintain accurate records
• Support safeguarding processes
• Contribute to a calm, safe and inclusive school environment
