St Benet Biscop Catholic Academy invites applications for a calm and self-motivated Support Assistant – Level 4 to support students with self-regulation and engagement. You will work within the pastoral team, delivering interventions, monitoring progress, and supporting reintegration into mainstream lessons in a Catholic environment.

Applicants should have experience managing behaviours, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safeguarding.

Qualificações

• Experience in helping students manage behaviours through self-regulation and re-engagement with learning.
• Ability to de-escalate challenging behaviours and build positive relationships with students.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support students in enhanced provisions.
• Deliver structured interventions and activities to improve engagement and progress.
• Track impact of interventions and provide feedback to pastoral staff and SENCo.
