Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Assistant for a secondary school in Harrow. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm, with an ASAP start.

You will support wellbeing, personal development and pastoral needs of students across KS3 and KS4. Qualifications

• Ideally educated to degree level and/or experienced working with teenagers.
• Experience in education, youth work, mentoring, coaching, tutoring, SEN or pastoral support is desirable.
• Experience supporting students with additional needs such as ADHD, Autism, dyslexia or SEMH is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral support to students across KS3 and KS4.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Pastoral Support Assistant to join a secondary school in Harrow on a long-term, full-time basis, with the potential to become permanent.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates and individuals with experience in education, youth work, mentoring, counselling, coaching, SEN or other child and young people-focused roles.
