The Pastoral Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our inclusion provision, helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve success both academically and personally. Working closely with pastoral leaders, teaching staff, families and external agencies, you will supervise students referred to our Internal Exclusion Room, provide pastoral support, promote positive behaviour and help maintain a calm and purposeful learning environment.
We are looking for a hard:working and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be able to build positive relationships with young people, remain calm under pressure and demonstrate resilience, flexibility and a genuine commitment to supporting students.
