Job summary

Alderbrook School is seeking a Pastoral Manager for its Year 10 pastoral team in an 11-18 school. The role focuses on identifying strategies with colleagues to support students and ensure they are ready to learn and participate in lessons.

It is a full-time post (37 hours) across term time plus inset days, with experience of working with young people welcomed. Visa sponsorship is not available, and appointment is subject to pre-employment checks under KCSIE.
