Beckfoot School in Bradford, part of the Beckfoot Trust, is seeking a Pastoral Manager to support student wellbeing, safety and inclusion. The role focuses on helping students facing barriers to learning to feel understood and able to succeed, working with staff, families and external agencies.

The post is permanent and full-time (37 hours per week, term-time plus five days) with a shorter Friday finish; enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks apply. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Pastoral Manager at Beckfoot School, an 11-18 secondary within the ten-school Beckfoot Trust. The post centres on supporting students' wellbeing, safety and inclusion, especially those facing barriers to learning, while working with staff, families and external agencies.
