All Saints Catholic Secondary School in York is seeking a confident and caring Pastoral Manager for the Sixth Form. The role focuses on providing pastoral support to KS5 students, guiding their wellbeing and learning needs, within a small team.

It is a term-time, permanent post with 22.5 hours per week and a pro rata salary range. The successful candidate will engage with families, work independently and as part of the pastoral team, and contribute to maintaining the school's outstanding

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting pastoral development and wellbeing of students.
• Ability to work with sixth form learners one-to-one or in small groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and strategic pastoral support to KS5 students.
• Support learning and wellbeing needs of sixth form students, 1:1 or in small groups.

All Saints Catholic School are seeking to employ a confident, determined and caring person to provide a practical and strategic approach to support the pastoral development of young people. Working in this school as part of an established team, the Pastoral Manager will be working on a small group or 1:1 basis in KS5 supporting sixth form students with their learning and wellbeing needs.
