We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Manager to join our team and help ensure the wellbeing of all our pupils. This is a key role at the heart of our school community, providing emotional, social, and behavioural support to pupils and working closely with families, staff, and external agencies.

The successful candidate will be proactive, approachable, and resilient, with a strong understanding of safeguarding and a genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning. You will play a vital role in promoting positive behaviour, improving attendance, and fostering a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

The Pastoral Manager role will be 37 hours a week / 40 weeks a year (Term time + 5 training days + 1 week)

The closing date for applications will be Friday 4th July 2025. Interviews will be W/C 7th July 2025 - dates to be confirmed.
