Job summary

Saint John Bosco College in London is seeking a coordinator to mentor pupils and small groups who face barriers to learning, track progress and assist with EHCP reviews. The role is term-time with a 36-hour week, working alongside the ASD Base Lead.

You will coordinate timetables, manage pupil-focused admin and support teaching staff to ensure consistent provision and high expectations. DBS check is required and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring pupils or working with pupils with barriers to learning.
• Ability to track progress and manage data.
• Strong teamwork and ability to support teachers in-class.

Responsibilities

• Mentor pupils one to one and in small groups.
• Track and review pupil progress with high expectations for behaviour and attainment.
• Coordinate daily timetables and pupil-focused administration.
• Assist in planning, data tracking and EHCP review preparation with the ASD Base Lead.
• Provide effective classroom support and consistent provision with teaching staff.
• Build relationships with parents, carers and external agencies; promote inclusion.
