Job summary

Crown Wood Primary School in Bracknell is seeking a dedicated Pastoral & Inclusion Advisor to support our school community. You will work as part of the pastoral care team to develop a whole-school approach to safeguarding, attendance, SEND administration and early help initiatives.

We require proven experience in pastoral, safeguarding or attendance roles within an educational setting, and the ability to liaise with local authority services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a pastoral, safeguarding, or attendance role within an educational setting.
• Experience liaising with local authority Children's Social Care, Police, and EWOs.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to engage with vulnerable families.
