Gre ens haw Learning Trust is seeking a dedicated Pastoral & Inclusion Advisor for Crown Wood Primary School, Bracknell. The role focuses on safeguarding, attendance improvement, and SEND administration within a supportive pastoral team.

The position is permanent, part-time/term-time with 37 hours per week, and requires proactive engagement with pupils, families and external agencies to remove barriers to learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pastoral, safeguarding, or attendance role within an educational setting.
• Direct experience liaising with local authority Children's Social Care, Police, and EWOs.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills to engage with families.
