• Support the Head of Year in managing and resolving behavioural incidents.
• Be responsible for the pastoral care of a specific year group, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
• Monitor and address issues related to uniform compliance and punctuality within your year group.
• Develop and implement strategies to support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
• Liaise with parents, teachers, and external agencies to support student welfare.
• Maintain accurate records of student behaviour, attendance, and pastoral issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience working in a school environment or in a role supporting young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
