Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong candidate to support teaching and learning at John Madejski Academy in Reading. This role is varied, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible, and resourceful individual capable of coping in a high-pressure environment and managing constantly changing priorities.

As a Non-Teaching Head of Year, you will be responsible for leading a year group, delivering pastoral care, and ensuring excellent behaviour, attendance, and safeguarding. You will also liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies regarding behaviour, attendance, and safeguarding of students.
