Saint John Henry Newman Catholic College in Oldham is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Co-ordinator to support wellbeing, personal development and behaviour of our students in a busy secondary school environment.
Working with Heads of Year and teaching staff, you will help ensure every student feels safe, supported and able to succeed. Term-time working, professional development opportunities and a cycle to work scheme are available as part of a supportive team.

As a key member of the pastoral team, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing, personal development and behaviour of our students. Working closely with Heads of Year, teaching staff and external agencies, you will help ensure every young person feels safe, supported and able to succeed.
