  • Support and widen educational access and help overcome barriers to learning for our pupils.
  • Provide imaginative programmes of support for pupils with social, emotional, health or behavioural needs to enhance access and attainment.
  • Support the inclusion of all children within our school.
  • Identify underachieving children and devise and deliver coordinated programmes of support for them and families.

Job Title: Pastoral Support Lead – Primary School
Salary: Scale 5 Point 12 - £29,542 pro rata actual Salary £15,366
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Term time only
Contract type: Permanent

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide a range of imaginative and creative programmes of support for children with signs of social, emotional, health or behavioural issues to enable them to access the social and academic curriculum to help with their attainment attendance and behaviour.

  • Identify underachieving children and devise and deliver and coordinate programmes of support for them and their families
