Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd in Bradford is seeking enthusiastic Pastoral / Behaviour Support staff to help pupils overcome barriers to learning and to promote positive behaviour in secondary schools across the area.

You will work with teachers and families, deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions, monitor wellbeing and attendance, and uphold safeguarding standards while contributing to an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Pastoral / Behaviour Support staff to work within secondary schools across Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced support staff, Behaviour Mentors, youth workers, graduates, or individuals looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

The Role

As a Pastoral / Behaviour Support professional, you will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, supporting pupils' emotional wellbeing, and helping to create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs
