  • Opportunities to make a meaningful impact beyond the classroom
The role:

You’ll be:

  • Building positive relationships with students to encourage engagement, attendance, and positive behaviour
  • Supporting students who need additional pastoral or behavioural support, both in and out of lessons
  • Working closely with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to promote positive outcomes for students
  • Managing behaviour confidently, calmly, and consistently in line with the school's policies
  • Supporting students with emotional wellbeing and helping them overcome barriers to learning
  • Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and positive school environment
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience working with young people in education, youth work, coaching, care, or similar settings
  • Strong behaviour management skills and the confidence to de-escalate challenging situations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A calm, resilient, and proactive approach to supporting young people
  • A genuine passion for improving outcomes for students
  • Graduates and aspiring teachers are warmly encouraged to apply
