Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting a Pastoral Support Assistant to work in Bradford secondary schools, helping students aged 11–18 with wellbeing, attendance and behaviour. You will support pastoral teams, deliver targeted interventions and build trust with pupils to foster engagement and personal development.

The role offers daily pay of £107.71–£137.71 and a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 am–3:30 pm, with safeguarding compliance and ongoing support from education consultants.

Join secondary schools across Bradford, supporting students aged 11–18 with their wellbeing, attendance, behaviour and personal development. You’ll work alongside experienced pastoral leaders and safeguarding teams to help create a positive, inclusive environment where every student can thrive.


What you’ll do:


  • Support students with their social, emotional and behavioural development throughout the school day.
