Job summary

Lift Winton is seeking a dedicated Pastoral and Behaviour Leader to oversee the Reset and Reflection room, fostering strong relationships with students and supporting their return to lessons.

You will collaborate with Heads of Year and the SLT to safeguard vulnerable students and promote positive behaviour and inclusive school life. Comprehensive training and generous benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in motivating students and promoting high expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support the wellbeing of students and help them feel included in daily school life.
• Work with students who need extra care, including those with SEND or safeguarding plans.
• Monitor behaviour and attendance, and put plans in place to help improve both.
• Build strong relationships with families and communicate clearly about student progress.
• Work closely with safeguarding, SEND and attendance teams to create joined-up support.
• Keep accurate records on school systems and use data to help improve student outcomes.
