Job summary

Lift Winton in Hampshire is seeking a dedicated Pastoral and Behaviour Leader to oversee the Reset and Reflection room and support students back to lessons. You will work with Heads of Year and the Senior Leadership team to provide pastoral care for vulnerable students and promote positive behaviours.

You will build strong relationships with families, monitor attendance and engage safeguarding and SEND teams to ensure joined-up support.

Qualifications

• Experience motivating students and maintaining high expectations.
• Ability to analyse data to monitor progress and inform decisions.
• Experience supporting vulnerable students and safeguarding processes.
• Strong communication with families, colleagues and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wellbeing and inclusion of students in daily school life.
• Collaborate with Heads of Year, Safeguarding, SEND and attendance teams.
• Monitor behaviour and attendance; develop plans to improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and use data to drive school improvement.
• Build positive relationships with families and communicate progress.
