Job summary

Lift Winton is seeking a Pastoral and Behaviour Leader to lead the Reset and Reflection room, building relationships with students and preparing them for lessons. You will collaborate with Heads of Year and the Senior Leadership team to provide pastoral support for vulnerable students and help them return to their lessons.

You will monitor behaviour and attendance, use data to inform decisions, and implement strategies to promote high expectations and positive student outcomes within a caring

Qualifications

• Experience in motivating students and promoting high expectations, with ability to analyse performance data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support the wellbeing of students and help them feel included in daily school life.
• Work with students who need extra care, including those with SEND or safeguarding plans.
• Monitor behaviour and attendance, and put plans in place to help improve both.
• Build strong relationships with families and communicate clearly about student progress.
• Work closely with safeguarding, SEND and attendance teams to create joined-up support.
• Keep accurate records on school systems and use data to help improve student outcomes.
