Qualifications

• Site Manager required with supervision of contractors and safety compliance.
• Experience with passive fire protection and fire stopping projects is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work on multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage contractors, ensuring safe, timely delivery of works.
• Inspect properties pre- and post-work and attend progress meetings.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of the programme and subcontractor management.
