Job description

Standard Hours: Monday–Friday, 39 hours per week

Location: Site based within Worcester

This is an exciting opportunity for a Passive Fire Protection Installer to join Novus Property Solutions, planned works team providing high-quality fire door installation and remedial works within social housing tenanted properties.

An Outline Of Your Responsibilities And Experience

• Installation of fire doors and completion of remedial works within a social housing environment.

• Previous experience in social housing, including working directly with tenants, is desirable.

• Ability to work from job tickets or handheld devices on a daily basis.

• Work collaboratively with other trades and the wider site or contract team, while managing your own workload effectively.

• Successful candidates may be required to complete a skills test, including installation of a fire door.

• Adhere to Novus’ high standards of health and safety at all times.

• Full UK driving licence is essential.

• This role is subject to a DBS check.
