Job summary

Howards Parts Hub is seeking a Parts Supervisor to join our award-winning family business in the UK. You will work Monday to Friday, handling retail and trade orders, stock control, and staff supervision to deliver excellent customer service.

Applicants should have at least 12 months automotive parts or aftersales experience, a full driving licence, and be computer literate with knowledge of an automotive DMS. We offer a generous bonus, enhanced holidays and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months automotive parts or aftersales experience.
• Full driving licence is essential.
• Computer literacy with experience of an automotive DMS.
• Able to work across multiple sites and be a team player.
• Excellent customer facing skills and a professional appearance.
• Strong administration and data capture skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking retail and trade orders via email and counter.
• Receiving and processing deliveries.
• Supervising the parts department and supporting staff.
• Building relationships between parts and the wider dealership.
• Minimising returns by accurate part selection first time.
• Stock inventory management and replenishment.
• Providing training and development support.
• Supporting workshop with parts requirements.
• Developing knowledge across franchises within the group.
• Covering area duties during sickness or holidays.
