Job summary

RH Group Limited (The) is recruiting a Parts Advisor for our Leicester site. You will leverage your knowledge of commercial vehicle parts to support customers and service teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle parts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer first attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong IT skills and experience using parts catalogues, stock management and ordering systems
• A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Problem solving mindset with attention to detail
• Natural ability to sell to customers
• Self-motivated to work on own initiative

You’ll really hit the ground running if you have…

• Experience working with the Renault Trucks or Isuzu Trucks product
• Experience working within a Renault Trucks or Isuzu Trucks dealership.
• Forklift Driver or HGV Drivers licence
