Marshall BMW + MINI Salisbury is seeking a skilled Parts Supervisor to drive parts sales and department efficiency within a high-profile franchise. You will lead the parts team, manage stock levels and ensure targets are met with a customer-centric approach.

The role offers a full-time schedule (45 hours per week, including Saturdays on a rota) with a strong OTE scheme, excellent benefits, and opportunities for development across the Marshall Motor Group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a parts advisor or supervisor, ideally in a franchised dealership.
• Ability to follow processes and maintain high Health & Safety standards.
• Customer-centric, can-do attitude with pride in delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the parts department; ensure stock levels are well managed and sales targets are met.
• Develop marketing strategies to maximise sales to trade and retail customers while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Oversee accurate administration and data management; provide regular feedback to your team and maintain supplier relationships.
