Job summary

Hedin Automotive London Ltd is seeking a Parts Advisor to support both customers and workshop technicians by identifying, sourcing and supplying the right parts at the right time.

Earn up to £40,000 OTE per annum, with overtime paid for Saturday work. Basic salary around £31,200, and benefits include extensive holiday, healthcare and pension. Workdays are Mon-Fri with Saturday rota as overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in a franchised motor-trade.
• Excellent communication and a customer‑focused approach.
• Experience using Kerridge/Drive and ETK.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in person and over the phone to identify and source the correct parts.
• Identifying and ordering parts accurately to specification to support customer and workshop requirements.
• Checking incoming parts deliveries and ensuring orders are complete and accurate.
• Following up on outstanding orders, availability and pricing, keeping customers and colleagues updated.
• Processing invoices and customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Carrying out stock checks and helping to maintain accurate and effective inventory levels.

THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

YOUR PROFILE.

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised motor-trade environment
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
• Experience using Kerridge/Drive and ETK

WORKING HOURS.

Basic Salary £31,200 (depending on experience), with an OTE of £40,000+ per annum.

Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm or 7.00am – 5.00pm, and Saturday 8.00am – 12.30pm on a rota basis (paid as overtime).
