Parts & Service Advisor - Tipton Van Centre

Operating within the newly opened Van Centre (Hobart Rd, DY4 9LE), you will be part of a team developing and maintaining high performance in Parts with some service reception tasks.

Core Responsibilities:

Parts:

• Ensure customer orders are accurately taken and supplied to the correct specifications.
• Follow procedures for ordering goods and receiving them.
• Maintain an efficient filing and retrieval system.
• Keep the parts area clean and tidy, and ensure equipment is in good condition to reflect an efficient, modern retail environment.
• Adhere to the company's Health and Safety policies, including wearing PPE when required.

Service:

• Greet customers professionally and courteously at the front desk, booking in vehicles and relaying costs and information about services and inspections.
• Update customers throughout the process with timelines and costs where applicable.
• Keep the service area clean and equipment in good condition.
• Knowledge of vehicle parts is essential, along with dealership front-of-house experience.
• Proficient in using desktop PCs and related software systems.
