Job Opportunity

What will you be doing?

• Working with the Sales Manager and team to deliver and achieve the business plan and sales objectives.
• Achieving personal KPIs and revenue targets with target customers.
• Identifying parts to meet customer requirements accurately.
• Utilizing product promotions to meet specific targets.
• Building strong customer relationships through regular contact via phone and face-to-face visits.
• Providing excellent customer service by understanding needs, responding to requests, and offering expert advice.
• Communicating timely updates on credit status.
• Supporting the TPS Centre team to ensure good working relationships and excellent customer service.
• Working with the Sales Manager to meet sales targets and coordinate sales efforts.
• Handling incoming calls and customer inquiries within KPIs, using approved greeting protocols.
• Using all systems properly to search and order parts.
• Completing documentation accurately and promptly.
• Managing cash and credit card transactions according to TPS guidelines.

Essential Skills

We are looking for a self-starter with a proven track record in building strong relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment. The candidate should be a confident and capable communicator with experience in fast-paced or telesales environments, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and skilled in building relationships with stakeholders.
