Job description

We are currently seeking a Parts Customer Sales Advisor to join our team at the Southampton branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving customers at the front counter, answering inbound calls, and assisting both retail and trade clients.
• Building long-term relationships with local customers.
• Promoting offers and customer incentives.
• Ensuring correct parts are ordered and sent first time to reduce credits and returns.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a parts advisor or relevant motor trade experience. However, candidates with a good understanding of cars and a willingness to learn will be considered for training.

You should be proactive, sales-driven, and committed to providing outstanding customer service. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, especially in a fast-paced environment.

Occasional assistance in the warehouse, such as picking or storing products, may be required.

Knowledge of the local areas and customer base would be a distinct advantage.
