We are currently seeking a Parts Customer Sales Advisor to join our team at the Reading branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving customers at the front counter, answering inbound calls, and assisting both retail and trade customers.
• Building long-term relationships with local customers.
• Promoting offers and customer incentives.
• Reducing credits and returns by accurately ordering and sending the right parts the first time.
• Occasionally assisting in the warehouse with picking or putting away products.

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience as a parts advisor or relevant motor trade experience is preferred. However, candidates with a good understanding of cars and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. You should be proactive, sales-driven, and committed to providing excellent service. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, especially in a fast-paced environment.
