We are currently seeking a Parts Customer Sales Advisor to join our team at the Guildford branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working at the front counter, answering inbound calls, and serving both retail and trade customers
• Building long-term rapport with local customers
• Promoting offers and customer incentives
• Limiting credits and returns by ensuring correct parts are ordered and sent first time

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a parts advisor or relevant motor trade experience. If you have a good understanding of cars and the ability to learn, we are happy to provide training.

You should be proactive, sales-driven, and committed to providing outstanding service. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Occasionally, you may be required to assist in the warehouse, picking or putting away products.

Knowledge of local areas and customer base would be advantageous.
