Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the front counter, answer inbound calls, and assist both retail and trade clients
• Build long-term relationships with local customers
• Promote offers and customer incentives
• Ensure accurate parts ordering to minimize credits and returns

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a parts advisor or relevant motor trade experience is preferred. However, candidates with a good understanding of cars and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. You should be proactive, sales-driven, and committed to providing excellent service. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, especially in a fast-paced environment. Occasional warehouse assistance may be required.
