Confidential in Castleford is seeking a Parts Sales Advisor to join our busy team. The role covers a 42.5 hour week, Monday to Friday with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings (8am–1pm). A competitive basic salary with a bonus, averaging an extra £6k, is offered for an energetic, customer-focused professional.

You will handle customer product requests, process telephone and counter orders, promote offers, coordinate with logistics for on-time deliveries, and provide exceptional service to our client base.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years parts experience (advantageous).
• Knowledge of MAM Software or similar is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and professional manner.
• Must be a team player with a desire to succeed.

A ka Recruitment are proud to be working with a fantastic client of ours, who continue to be leading within their sector of the Automotive Industry, to bring you this exciting Parts Sales Advisor position. Working hours are based on a 42.5 hour contract working Monday to Friday with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8am to 1pm . You will be rewarded with a fantastic salary basic ranging between (phone number removed)k plus a bonus adding on average 6k on top. This position is based in Castleford for a thriving branch

Job Duties Include:

• Providing existing customer base with their product requirements
• Telephone and Sales Counter orders and queries
• Communicate offers/promotions to the customer network
• Work with the logistics department to ensure all parts are delivered when they are needed
• Providing excellent customer service showcasing the company and maintaining high standards

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years Parts experience is advantageous
• Knowledge MAM Software or similar is again advantageous but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and professional manner
• Must be a team player and have a desire to succeed
