Finning (UK) Ltd seeks a Parts Retail Manager to oversee a multi-channel operation spanning trade counter, telephone sales, click-and-collect, e-commerce and proactive outbound engagement. You will translate strategy into local execution, leveraging digital tools, data and AI-enabled processes to unlock opportunities and grow profitability.

You will balance sales growth with safe warehouse operations, develop a capable team and drive a collaborative regional culture.

Qualifications

• Proven success within parts sales, aftermarket, retail, distribution or customer service.
• Experience managing multi-channel sales operations.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong track record delivering sales, service and operational KPIs with data.
• Experience managing warehouse, inventory, logistics or fulfilment operations.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong commercial sense with growth and profitability focus.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building.

Responsabilités

• Lead a multi-channel parts sales operation across trade counter, phone, click-and-collect, and digital platforms.
• Deliver sales and profitability targets through strong relationships and business development.
• Monitor KPIs like answer rate, call velocity, quote velocity, callbacks, order value, and loyalty.
• Oversee safe, efficient warehouse and delivery operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and collaboration with supply chain teams.
• Manage order fulfillment, invoicing accuracy, returns and reman processes.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of about ten employees.
• Champion digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to improve customer engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement in new retail processes and ways of working.
