Kemp Recruitment Ltd in Petworth is seeking a Parts Purchase Ledger to join a busy team. This role blends purchase ledger responsibilities with parts administration, in a fast-paced environment dealing with suppliers, invoices and stock.

The role offers flexible hours (part-time or full-time), with hours Monday to Friday days. Experience in purchase ledger, accounts payable, or automotive administration is preferred, plus strong IT skills and the ability to multitask.

Formación

• Experience in purchase ledger, accounts payable, parts or automotive administration.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office and computer systems.
• Good communicator, able to work under pressure and prioritise.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Matching invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Liaising with suppliers regarding invoices, pricing and discrepancies.
• Managing supplier accounts and resolving queries.
• Ordering and sourcing vehicle parts from suppliers.
• Checking parts deliveries against orders.
• Maintaining accurate parts and stock records.
• Raising purchase orders and ensuring costs are correctly allocated.
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering parts as required.
• Supporting the workshop with parts requirements.
• Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
• General administration and data entry as required.
