Job summary

Jago Consultants in Oxford is seeking a forward-thinking Parts Supervisor to lead the department on a daily basis, reporting to the Aftersales Manager. The role requires strong leadership and excellent communication to manage parts KPIs and processes within a superb dealership environment.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate goods receipt/returns, ensure accurate stock and records, and supervise parts orders under the Aftersales Manager, maintaining cash controls and efficient dispatch.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a parts department or similar automotive role.
• Strong knowledge of Parts KPIs and processes.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts department operation.
• Coordinate receipt and return of manufacturers goods.
• Ensure daily dispatch or stocking of goods.
• Ensure stock is received, checked and stored correctly.
• Bin and record parts and accessories accurately.
• Select items, progress and dispatch orders efficiently.
• Order parts under supervision of Aftersales Manager.
• Keep department records up to date and maintain cash/credit controls.
