Job summary

Jago Consultants are recruiting on behalf of a prestige dealership for a Senior Parts Advisor to lead the department daily and report to the General Manager. You will oversee all parts operations, supervise the team, and manage stock, orders, and records from reception to dispatch.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience in a main dealer Parts Department. Kerridge/ADP experience is advantageous. A salary up to £31K with OTE up to £38K is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a main dealer Parts Department is essential.
• Strong organisational and customer care skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts department operation.
• Coordinate receipt and return of manufacturers goods.
• Ensure daily stock receives, dispatches or is stored correctly.
• Keep parts records accurate and up to date.
• Order parts and accessories under supervision.
• Maintain accurate cash and credit controls.
