Job Description:

The Motorsport Competence Group is seeking a Parts Manager to support our GT projects with daily tasks based out of our workshop in St. Ingbert.

Are you responsible, communicative, and proactive? If so, you might be the right fit for this role. We offer a permanent position in a positive, performance-oriented environment with diverse tasks, performance-based pay, flexible hours, flat hierarchies, and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely delivery of all car components to meet project schedules and develop extensive knowledge of GT car parts' lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, stores, and freight departments to manage parts at the factory.
  • Manage distribution of new and serviced parts for worldwide motorsport events.
  • Support the Test and Race teams with pre- and post-event activities and documentation.
  • Assist in quantity planning and maintain appropriate stock levels across departments.
Qualifications:
  • Technical education with practical experience in the field.
  • Good understanding of car components, stock management, and parts flow in an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP and lifecycle management systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • High standards, methodical approach, attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and work independently.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical understanding of motorsport is beneficial.
