We are seeking a highly capable Parts Manager to join a reputable, family-run dealer group operating across multiple sites in the Rhondda Valleys and surrounding areas.

The successful individual will be responsible for overseeing operations across three dealerships, managing a team of Parts Advisors, and driving the growth of the parts department.

- Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with paid Saturday shifts when required Duties of the Parts Manager:
- Manage a team of three Parts Advisors across three dealerships, including holiday and sickness cover
- Oversee all parts orders, ensuring requirements are accurately identified and dispatched promptly
- Process customer parts requirements with professionalism and courtesy in a fast-paced environment
- Strive for sales growth by maintaining a target-driven approach
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Provide leadership and support to the parts departments across multiple sites
- Maintain accurate stock levels and identify opportunities for revenue growth
- Work with dealer management systems (such as Kerridge or ADP) and electronic parts catalogues
- liaise effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction Requirements of the Parts Manager:
- Proven automotive parts experience, ideally within franchised dealership Main Parts Departments or motor factors with supervisory experience
- Ambition to progress from Parts Supervisor or to further develop as a Parts Manager
- Strong IT literacy, especially with dealer management systems and electronic parts catalogues
- Full UK driving licence with minimal points
- Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a friendly and professional attitude
