Job Description:

Tomcat Motorsport Ltd is seeking an organized individual to manage the Parts department. This is a full-time role based in the office/factory. The primary responsibilities include maintaining and controlling all aspects of parts supply, procurement, management, sales, and updates. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient with IT to manage the web shop, website, social media, and videos. The key duties are:

• Parts procurement, stock control, and financial entries
• Photography and updates for the web shop
• Parts sales, invoicing, and payment maintenance
• Receiving, stocktaking, packing, and dispatching parts
• Allocating parts to the workshop for factory builds and costing them
• Biannual stock takes
• Managing suppliers and procurement
• Updating parts/software systems
• Improving parts management efficiency

IT Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and updating the web shop and website
• Creating content and videos for social media
• Providing general IT support and system maintenance

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the accounts department on parts and materials
• Assisting in workshop activities as needed (no specific skills required)
• Vehicle and large parts delivery and collection

This role is expanding rapidly, and Tomcat Motorsport requires a Parts Manager to meet growing demand. A clean UK driving license is essential.
