We are working on behalf of a well-established automotive client to recruit an experienced Parts Manager for a large car dealership site in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and organised individual to take ownership of a busy parts department, lead a team, and play a key role in the success of a thriving automotive business. As Parts Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the parts department, ensuring efficient stock control, excellent customer service, and strong departmental performance.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and motivating the parts department team.
• Overseeing stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
• Ensuring the efficient supply of parts to the workshop and retail customers.
• Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
• Monitoring departmental performance, profitability, and KPIs.
• Ensuring the department operates efficiently and delivers exceptional service.
• Maintaining high standards of organisation, accuracy, and compliance.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Alternate Saturdays: 8:00am - 12:00pm
