• Proven experience as Parts Manager in a motor dealership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the parts department.
• Maintain effective inventory control and stock management.
• Coordinate the ordering, receipt and distribution of parts.
• Ensure workshop and customer requirements are met efficiently.
• Lead and support the parts team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Work towards departmental sales and performance targets.
• Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate favourable terms.
• Analyse parts performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to develop a collaborative and motivated team.
