Job summary

Fusion People Ltd. is seeking a Parts Kitter in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent. The role involves gathering and preparing mechanical components based on work orders or kits for assembly or manufacturing processes.

You will read BOMs, pull parts, verify part numbers, label and package kits, track inventory and support warehouse teams. A practical eye for detail and basic maths are essential, with fit for lifting 25–50 lbs. Day and night shifts may be available.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reading skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to use handheld scanners or inventory software.
• Ability to lift and carry materials (often 25-50 lbs).
• Familiarity with manufacturing or warehouse environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

Our Engineering client based in Longton, SOT are recruiting for a Parts Kitter

The role of the Parts Kitter gathers and prepares mechanical components and materials based on work orders or kits for assembly or manufacturing processes. This ensures that all necessary parts are ready and available for technicians or assemblers to use.
