Job summary

Holt Recruitment is partnering with a bodyshop in the Leatherhead area to recruit an experienced Parts Controller. The role focuses on supplying workshop technicians with parts, processing orders, invoicing and keeping stock up to date.

The ideal candidate will have parts department experience and a good technical understanding of motor vehicles. The position is a permanent, Monday to Friday role with circa £45,000 OTE and 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a parts department, dealership or bodyshop background desirable.
• Ability to work with colleagues to grow profit and sales.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supply workshop technicians with required parts.
• Process parts orders, invoicing, and payments.
• Check in parts deliveries and confirm receipts.
• Assist with parts stock checks and inventory control.

I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Parts Controller to join an expanding team at a Bodyshop in the Leatherhead area.

Skills and experience required as a Parts Controller:

• Works together with colleagues to support the achievement of increased profit and sales
• Committed to achieving excellent customer relations and ensuring that customer's expectations are exceeded
• Can demonstrate experience in a parts department, Dealership or Bodyshop backgrounds considered.
• A good technical understanding of how motor vehicles work and a willingness to keep technical knowledge updated in order to provide the most efficient service possible
• Knowledge of Advance is desirable
