Job summary

Pentagon Motor Group in Warrington is seeking a proactive Parts Consultant to join our busy dealership Parts Department. You will identify and stock parts, process incoming parts and assist Workshop staff and customers with accurate picks and up-selling opportunities.

The role involves Monday–Friday 08:30–17:30 with 1 in 2 Saturdays 08:30–12:30, and a comprehensive benefits package from day one, including holidays, discounts and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest and passion for the Motor Trade.
• Ability to build rapport and establish and maintain good working relationships.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Confidence with IT systems and call handling.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to workload.
• Endless drive and self motivation.
• Team player mentality.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and verifying stock and other goods from suppliers.
• Receiving incoming Motor Vehicle Parts and placing stock in correct locations.
• Ensuring stock is stored securely and saleable.
• Accurately locating, identifying and picking parts for Workshop staff and customers.
• Selling older and slow moving parts where possible.
• Identifying customer needs and incremental items to increase Parts and Workshop sales.
