Pentagon Motor Group in Warrington is seeking a proactive Parts Department professional to join our busy dealership. You will verify parts stock, receive deliveries, store stock securely, locate and pick parts for workshop teams and customers, and look for opportunities to grow parts and workshop sales.

We value passion for the motor trade, exceptional customer service, and strong IT and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest and passion for the Motor Trade.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confidence with IT systems and related software.

Responsibilities

• Identify and verify stock and other parts from suppliers.
• Receive incoming Motor Vehicle Parts into the department and place stock in correct locations.
• Ensure stock is stored securely and is saleable.
• Accurately identify, locate and pick parts for Workshop staff and customers.
• Seek opportunities to increase Parts and Workshop sales by understanding customer needs.

What will you be doing?

• Identifying and verifying for quality and description, parts stock and other goods from suppliers.
• Receiving incoming Motor Vehicle Parts into the department and putting stock into the correct locations.
• Ensuring stock is stored carefully, kept secure and in saleable condition.
• Accurately identifying, locating and picking parts for Workshop staff and customers.
• Ensuring every opportunity is taken to sell older and slow moving partsSeeking new ways to increase Parts and Workshop sales by identifying customer needs and incremental items to sell.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:30pm and 1 in 2 Saturdays 08:30am to 12:30

• Previous experience working as a Parts Consultant or in an Aftersales department would be a distinct advantage for this role.
